I went in for the regular maintenance, oil chage, fluids top off, filter checks, etc.. told them I had a small issue with one of the tires indicating it was low in the mornings but fine in the evenings. It had been happening for about 3 or 4 days. They checked it and claimed it had a small hole, suggested I buy a whole new tire instead of just patching it. I wasnt about to spend a little over $350 to replace a tire that has a small hole. So I said I'd just take it elsewhere to get patched, no big deal. Made an appointment for maintenance service on my Camry ‘25. All it need was an oil and filter change. Alex tell me it would be between 2-4 hours just an oil change. It took them 5 hours just to get the oil change. You don’t get no updates whatsoever if you don’t ask them how much longer or what’s going on with your car. I text Alex that I’ve been there waiting for 4 hours and that I needed to be at work at 1pm. It still took them an hour to get my car ready, got to work late because of them. I scheduled an oil change with them, and unbeknownst to me, I’d be waiting over 2hrs to have it completed. Maybe it was my bad to have brought my vehicle freshly washed the day prior, but when I got it back after the long wait, I found that the service techs left smudges and possible oil drops on my car’s front end. I called them to see if they would at least fix the issue, but after I sent them the photos I heard nothing back, instead, I was asked to give them a review, so here we are.
