I went in for the regular maintenance, oil chage, fluids top off, filter checks, etc.. told them I had a small issue with one of the tires indicating it was low in the mornings but fine in the evenings. It had been happening for about 3 or 4 days. They checked it and claimed it had a small hole, suggested I buy a whole new tire instead of just patching it. I wasnt about to spend a little over $350 to replace a tire that has a small hole. So I said I'd just take it elsewhere to get patched, no big deal. The guy helping me was clearly upset I said no, said I would be having issues with it if I don't change it soon and scoffed at me saying it's okay, I'll handle it myself. Today I took it to my local tire shop and we checked the tire for leaks THREE TIMES. Both by submerging it in water and spraying it with liquid. There was no holes! No leaks. He took all the tiny little pebbles in between the treads out and checked where they had circled the "hole", nothing was there. The tires just needed air. The car maintenance was fine, even though I made an appointment and they said it would maybe be ready in 2 to 3 hrs, it was ready in an hour and a half. No complaints there. But don't lie to me about something I don't need at all!!!

Sure! Here’s a professional and honest review you can post for Toyota of Downtown LA: ⸻ Review for Toyota of Downtown LA Service Department I recently visited Toyota of Downtown LA for my vehicle’s scheduled service. When I arrived, there was a large number of cars already lined up for service, so I expected a long wait. To their credit, the service was completed fairly quickly. However, I was disappointed to find that my vehicle did not receive a full service. Specifically, the tire rotation was not performed — even though it is supposed to be included in my two-year service plan. Additionally, my main concern was to check if my brakes needed to be replaced, but no one was able to give me a clear answer on that either. The technician assigned to my case was not available to explain the incomplete service, and unfortunately, the service manager was off that day. I shared my concerns with another technician, who said someone would follow up with me — but I have yet to receive a call back. This is actually the second time that my vehicle hasn’t received a full service at this location, despite being covered under the maintenance plan. It’s frustrating to feel like critical parts of the service are being skipped without explanation or proper communication. I hope this feedback encourages better transparency and a follow up.

Made an appointment for maintenance service on my Camry ‘25. All it need was an oil and filter change. Alex tell me it would be between 2-4 hours just an oil change. It took them 5 hours just to get the oil change. You don’t get no updates whatsoever if you don’t ask them how much longer or what’s going on with your car. I text Alex that I’ve been there waiting for 4 hours and that I needed to be at work at 1pm. It still took them an hour to get my car ready, got to work late because of them. If you want to waste your day and time book an appointment with them. Only reason I took my car there is because I’m being charged for the warranty, since I was told that I must have to get the warranty. I might have to try another dealer that can offer where they can come and pick up and drop off my car at home.

I scheduled an oil change with them, and unbeknownst to me, I’d be waiting over 2hrs to have it completed. Maybe it was my bad to have brought my vehicle freshly washed the day prior, but when I got it back after the long wait, I found that the service techs left smudges and possible oil drops on my car’s front end. I called them to see if they would at least fix the issue, but after I sent them the photos I heard nothing back, instead, I was asked to give them a review, so here we are.

I just recently purchased a new 2025 Toyota Highlander from Dwnt Toyota. Tania was able to help me from start to finish going above and beyond to help me acquire the vehicle I wanted. I really appreciate her finding an exact match to what I wanted. Everything went smooth Daniel from Finance was also very pleasant when I had to sign paperwork. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
