🔧 Toyota of Hollywood Service Center

Terrible. I have a brand new2025 vehicle that I purchased from them 2 months ago. The interior is very clean. When I brought it to them and after service, they gave the vehicle back to me with black oil. Stains stains and marks on my. Interior roof which is brand new in a very light Gray fabric. Treated my vehicle with total disrespect. How do you get dirty markings on both The driver side and the passenger side ceiling? Why Would anything dirty be touching the cab ceiling? I take pride in my new vehicle and keep the interior very clean. I still have the plastic on the sunvisors. And there's still a sticker on the radio and a sticker on the interior cab light. So it's obvious that this car is brand new. So why would a service tech get in my vehicle and put black markings On the interior ceiling fabric, it's almost as if it was done intentionally. They treated my vehicle as if it was a old dirty piece of junk. I try to preserve my new vehicle and keep it looking new to maintain the value for trade in or resale purposes. They made the car look old and dirty on the inside. I'll never take my car there for service or to purchase parts ever again. Unacceptable, service techs need to be coached

My service adviser was Ellis Reyes and he was wonderful! He made sure I was taking care of and was very knowledgeable. I really appreciate all he does. The next time I come back for service, I'll ask for him.

Toyota of Hollywood is the Best! They have a new service center, exceptionally clean! Staff always great! Niche waiting area! Bathrooms clean! Vehicles out on the showroom are AWESOME!! Saw this Beauty today!! Geraldo is one of the Best, he sold me my 2022 Camry TRD, and is now in service and continues taking care of my car.

Excellent customer service and facilities. Geraldo Febles is an all star service rep. Top notch quality service and repairs for your Toyota vehicle. My one complaint and it is a big one is the pricing on repairs is become ridiculously expensive. I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years but not sure I can afford it going forward.

New location is awesome. All new, lobby is so comfortable and ambiance is so welcoming and nice. Reason why only 4 star is that I made sure when I was checking in my vehicle to put air on my tires, service rep said yes on it that it comes in the multi point inspection.. sadly I guess it was on the mechanic that worked on my car that didn’t do 100% on the multi point inspection.. but overall would definitely recommend Toyota of Hollywood. Just gotta double check or remind them what needs to be done. Also, Robert Chua of Finance is the best! All my 3 cars that I purchased at Toyota of Hollywood are because of him!
