Excellent experience. Great customer service and amazing work. I was expecting several days to get my car back and it was completed in 1 1/2 days. Hope to never see them again but should unfortunately circumstances arise, I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at CARSTAR First Choice Auto Body. I just had to call them, send some pictures for an estimate, and bring my car in. After that, they took care of the rest. A few days later I got my car back looking brand new! Very happy with my experience! Thank you so much for helping me love my car again!

First time I came to this body shop to repair my car after the accident and I waited 27 days for my car to be repair with new parts and they haven’t repair it they said that insurance didn’t approve them to order new parts but really it opposite they approved it they paid them $2,500 and they already supposed to order parts because my car was sitting there for 27 days and they didn’t repair it at all they are a false body shop I ever been to they stole my parts my car and that’s it and also they made my car look more uglier than it was from the accident don’t trust them don’t go to them 4.7 stars aren’t worth it ! Their attitude had become a common for everybody around them fine them ! Make them pay you back what they didn’t do ! Only trust your instincts that where you would you want to go and get a repaired car right way with parts coming at the same time ! Do not trust your vehicle to this body shop! Was directed here by State Farm to repair a recent accident. After they had my car for a week and a half I was called and told they couldn’t get the part needed to repair my vehicle. I understand the supply chain issues these days, but why did it take so long for me to be informed they couldn’t make the repair. I had to pay for a rental car for all that time for no reason. A few weeks later they called and informed me the part had arrived. I bring back my car but even though they have the part in stock it takes another week and half to complete the repairs. So another week and a half of rental expense. To top it all off, they stole items from my car. I know, I know, I shouldn’t have left anything in there. I had emptied out my car the first time I dropped it off but neglected to do it all again. Still, someone there stole from me! Take your car elsewhere! I brought my car here for repair after someone accidentally side swiped my parked car. To begin, all the staff are super friendly, communication is great, they did it faster than anyone else, and they also had my car washed. I’m beyond happy with their service. I am truly satisfied with this company from the beginning to end of the process.
