My experience was great. 15 dollars - Parked for a couple of hours during the afternoon. I guess don’t park at night.

Security guard here at 808 S Olive assaulted resident of 825 S Hill at 12:30AM on 7/30/2024. My car was also stolen from here in October 2023.

Misleading, if not deceptive, signage. $15 max for 12 hours is prominently displayed on street sign and building sign. Nothing mentioned about overnight parking being different. On a single wall sign next to the pedestrian walk inside the structure there's another sign that you won't easily notice while driving into the structure and if you did happen to glance and see it, then decide to not enter, it would be challenging to back out back onto the street. The overnight rate is actually $60 and it doesn't matter if its less than 12 hours, or even 6 hours for that matter if it's "overnight." $60 is also the rate for a lost ticket. There are several parking options in the area for overnight parking that is less than half as much.

Absolutely horrible, I wish I checked the reviews and looked somewhere else because all the other reviews are true after all this time. Says $15 per day parking and yet I left 24 hours later and got charged $60! Spaces are cramped and literally zero security, actual scam of a place especially when there's a much nicer and cheaper parking garage literally one block away!

Overnight rate says 15$ , parked less than 24 hours and they made us pay $45. Someone should sue this place for false advertising; actual con artists.
