🔧 Ruiz Automotive & Engine Rebuild

Worse shop ever. Engine rebuilt and broke down again. Took it back a few times them saying they took my engine apart and cheked but still has milk oil and engine shaking. Won't answer my calls. Straight to voicemail. 3xcuse after excuse about my jeep, been at there shop in and out for a year and have not driven it more than 20 miles for warranty. Jeep had cats sleeping inside, smelled like urine, spray pai t on the paint, broken hood wire from their fault. They keep saying give them 3 weeks. Tags expired twice already due to them keeping it for so long. I been calling and texting but no response, $3'800-$4000 engine rebuilt from this shop over a year ago and still can't fixing. Tneh did fix my fuel pump, brakes and.. radiator busted and leaked after I got the engine rebuilt the first time from them then it had the milky issues. Th3y told me they ordered fuel injectors but when I called a mo th later they never did the work or or ordered the parts. Their shop is 2 mi tes from my residence so I would check three times daily. UT the jeep just sat there collecting dust. On the phone they said they were working on it but in person I asked one of the mechanics if they're selling it he said it's junk it's just for display ( not knowing I was the owner of the jeep) Rotors they did really good but engine is a failure and customer service is hoorriibleeee!!

I took my car to this shop to get my engine rebuild there no good they broke my transmission casein did not put my spark plugs in right one came out of the engine and was just hanging on by the spark plug wire then once I checked all my spark plugs all of them were loose replaced and damaged I had to replace wires , spark plugs , distributor , ignition coil etc there no good car still down drove the car less than 8,000 miles after rebuild the get a no star for me I only an give them one just to show my post but there still no stars in my book

Warning!! Engine WILL fail Don’t go here.. YOU WILL REGRET IT.. I went for an overhaul and engine didn’t work 🤬 I ask for a refund they didn’t give it instead they drag you along for 2year.. YES 2 Years to the point of doing something negative to them 😡 Angry you will be.. end of it all you’ll probably want to take them to court or loss ur vehicle do to such horrible service. WARNING TO ALL ..BAD SERVICE HERE DONT DO IT 😡🤬Red flag !! I ever reported them to BAR .. Fail to add LOSTS OF DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE.. The vehicle will not run or look the same I add a picture of the owner.. Beware !!!!!👎👎👎

I like this place because I always take my engines to cut the cylinders in my engine bores when doing an engine overhaul and they always do it right. I have also recomended this place to a few friends and have taken their engines here, they do the job once and do it right. So far they have not fail me, and will continue to come here, I recommend it to all DIY engine builders close by.👍👍

The guys here were great to me I took my Buick century in for a coughing type of feel in it and after having replaced several parts and had them put in o had spent 600$ with a decline in performance so I'm at the end of my rope when I walk-in in they helped me right away and looked at it gave me a price and I had the parts and he had it done in an hour and though the car died on me since that day, I was waiting for the bus by the shop today and JR saw me asked what happened to my car and told me he will see if I call him if one of his men can come to my car so I don't waste a tow with my auto club to move it to them a block away from home. Fantastic customer service going back for sure to get the help offered today.
