I came to this shop for a simple oil service, but Mark went above and beyond—truly. I had just driven across the country and without me even asking, he took the time to give my car a full lookover, just to make sure everything was in good shape after the long trip. He even reassured me right off the bat that the oil they were using was exactly to spec for my car, which I really appreciated since I baby this thing. Mark also kept me in the loop during the service by sending videos and updates about a couple of other things I had questions about. It was clear that he genuinely cared—not just about doing quality work, but also about making sure I felt confident and taken care of. You don’t always get this kind of attention to detail and transparency, especially for something as routine as an oil change. I left feeling like my car was in great hands. Highly recommend.

After a surprise issue with my BMW 3 days before a big trip, I was extremely stressed about what to do. My car was towed here, and they immediately helped me. Despite needing parts ordered and delivered, than 48 hours later, I have my car back in perfect condition and ready for my trip. The customer service I received was great, and Mark was extremely communicative with me and transparent about pricing. I am not only happy with European Auto, but I am also extremely grateful.

Mark and his team did a great job doing service and repairs on my 2002 eurovan after the dealership couldn’t fix a check engine light. Gone to them multiple times now, they do a really good job at a fair price.

Man, I am so happy to hear this place is still around! I used to bring my very old VW here for service 15-20 years ago. Mark kept my beloved, but junker of a car alive back when I couldn’t afford a newer car! Total gem - a proper mechanic, unlike the ones now who just hook up a machine and read the code, attempting a fix by just replacing a named part. Mark considers how the entire system functions as one and gets to the core of a problem, which is often a less expensive solution. If the problem is a large one, he’ll at least work to try and find a more affordable solution for you. He’s so good, I just recommended him again after all these years.

Wow! Mark must have been having a bad morning. The yellow engine light was on and I came in to simply figure out why it was on. My goal was to understand if it was a critical issue that I needed to get fixed immediately or if I could schedule something in the next week or two (I have an extremely busy work schedule). About 5 years ago I used to bring my old car here and they always took care of me and the car. They were super nice, very professional, and did good work. Enough for me to remember all these years later. After my current car’s warranties came to an end, I was excited to be going back. Unfortunately today I got a Mark who was rude, condescending, and impatient. Now, I do not feel comfortable moving forward with any repairs. What happened to you? A smile and a good attitude go a long way my friend. I was excited to be coming back…Hopefully y’all still do good work, but I’m not going to test it.
