Simply said - they had what my daughter needed. Store was organized and item was quick to find. Service was no-nonsense and the item worked as designed and as expected. Getting to the shop is a bit challenging, but what shop isn't when it comes to LA locations. My daughter is willing to come back for more parts as necessary to keep her ride moving along well.

I have went in a couple of occasions at the times it indicates they operate an had to be waiting outside til they open for more than an hour.
