Very bad experience Rafeal manager, is very bad they said to buy a auto parts. They will fix I went three times then he reject. Very unprofessional behavior. Very bad. I had terrible experience with them.

I would not recommend this auto shop too anyone not even my worse enemy. I went in there for an oil change and too get my spark plugs changed they had me waiting 2 hours for the spark plugs to come for them not to get the correct ones and when I offered to go buy them they refused my offer and Decided to put my old spark plugs back and took one 1 and 45 minute to put things back because he was too busy joking around and eating I waited 3 hours for them not to do anything with my car and as the worker was putting the old spark plugs back I saw how he damaged one and he pretended like he didn’t damage it and left like that when he put the part that need to be removed from changing the spark plug he left everything loose and also lost some screws and they didn’t even reprogram my car and when I left the shop my can started you shake slot and it tried off 2 times and I didn’t have any problems like that before I went too that auto shop. This place is not a place you want you take your car!! I do not recommend this place to anyone

I have taken my car to this shop over the last 7 years for some big jobs and the prices have always been good, they source their own parts and the cost is much lower than buying them yourself. Last time I went to get brakes and suspension inspected, I never got a call to verify any work, I get a call late afternoon, I answer and get hung up on. When I came to pick up I was told they did a rear brake adjustment for $80 and that the shoes and pads were fine. They did a tire rotation ‘for free’ after I requested it a second time. The handbrake was tight and the drum brakes made new sounds after this adjustment. I tried to call a few days later and got hung up on. I know they did something to the brakes but I felt over charged this time which is unfortunate because I liked this shop and Rafael. I told them to call me before anything was done - a rear brake adjustment for $50-$60 seems more reasonable. My ex had a drum brake job completed here a few months prior and complained so I can’t help but feel like I paid for this in the long run. I might go back but I’m staying on-site next time to verify work/cost before they do anything to my car.

I came for a flat tired and omg incredible service bc they didn’t try to sell me. He was very genuine and I was in and out within 20 mins. It was during the midday though but still. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends

Last night I got a flat tire luckily I was able to drive home. I was in good hands that I live few blocks away from this tire shop. The mechanic at this shop was very helpful and the price was cheap. I was able to my patch done and leave within less than 10 mins. They accept debt and credit card as well.
