Chris was a life saver. Our tire blew off n the express way in the middle of the night. AAA kept saying someone was coming but the time kept getting pushed further and further back. I found these guys online. They came so quickly and were very informative. Chris was our tech. He changed our tires in minutes. I called at nearly 1am by 1:30 he was there. Super friendly. Will definitely refer them to everyone I know looking for tires. Especially in the middle of the night! Thank you guys so much! Lifer savers. We were on the side of the highway. I got a huge nail in the sidewall of my tire on the 5 freeway. I was able to get off the freeway with just enough air to avoid damaging my rims. My road side assistance was offering to tow me home as there were no options to replace my tire since it was after 10pm. I stumbled across Flacos Tires and gave them a call. They were fast, very kind, and very helpful. They kept in touch the whole way and kudos to whoever is running the business because they genuinely know customer service because they are fair, honest, communicative, and the technician that helped us was extremely professional. I will absolutely recommend and keep this business in mind for all and any future emergency tire or vehicle maintenance repairs. They are a 24 hour service out of downtown LA and are bilingual.
