Today I visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I walked around the showroom for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. One employee briefly said they would be with me shortly, but I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. During that time, I saw another customer who arrived after me receive assistance right away. I understand that staff can be busy, but basic courtesy and equal attention to every customer should be a standard. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership for purchasing, trading in, or servicing a vehicle

Amazing buying experience and first class service. Noah and Wil were great to work with as always! Very happy with my new 2025 E53 AMG, love the color combo of white matte paint and black trim package. Performance is excellent (no V8 but plenty for power) so much tech in this PHEV done right by MBZ. Looking forward to my next buying experience with the A team at Mercedes-Benz of Los Angeles!

Got my first car here at MBLA, Anton and Craig was really helpful and kind, got a CPO from here with nice condition and nice mileage like brand new, the follow-up was great! I got key scratched by a guy on purpose at Costco 4 days after I pickup the car and had asked for help if this needs to be repaired, they gave useful and money saving advice, I end up with saving my money and just need to order a touchup pen to fix the scratch, they also got me a cup as a gift during the pick up!

I was having issues with my CLA 250 2014. I did not bought it out a Mercedes Benz dealership. So I decided to take it in for service. First of all once I arrived my appointment did not reflect on their system and they still took me in. This gentleman that I forgot his name(sorry) received me really kind and took my information and referred me to Evelyn Luna. She was really kind and noted down everything I have told her about the car. I did not spend there more than 30 minutes and I was on my way to work. For everything that my car had they took a video and posted in the portal so I can see it. I loved that I had never had that kind of service before in a dealership. Unfortunately and I said that because I loved my car it was not cost effective to fix it. So Evelyn referred me to Juan Galindo to see my options to buy a car. I left my car on a Wednesday and Thursday I was already talking to Mr. Galindo through the phone I did not had to go back. Until I went in on Friday to sign and pick up my new SUV. They all were so effective and attentive with me since I walk in on Wednesday and got out on Friday. They really took care of me and help me out with my situation. Definitely coming back to continue to do business with them. Thank you.
