🔧 Crown City Tire & Auto Repair - Best Auto Repair Shop in Pasadena CA

First time at Crown City Tire. Excellent service I came in asking for an alignment, Steven listened carefully to my reasons, came out to inspect the vehicle, and gave me his professional advice based on his experience. As a woman, I felt his advice was honestly to solve my problem and not just to make me spend money unnecessarily which I really value and appreciate it. Although I had to leave the car for the rest of the day, I didn't have to worry about getting back home because he offered shuttle service. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism, commitment, and personalized attention that far exceeded my expectations.Thank you!

They get two stars, because I used to like this place. That ended this week. I called on Monday as my catalytic converter was stolen, and Steven told me it would be around $1500, and be done Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m now leaving on Friday for nearly triple the cost. I cannot fathom how being that far off, on an estimate of cost, or time, is acceptable. If you have a nail in your tire, you can go here. If you have real work you need done? Do better research than I did.

I’ve been going to Crown City Tires for years and the service, quality of work and extremely friendly, honest, and professional staff get a 5 star rating each time! I had a very inconvenient and unexpected flat last week that couldn’t be patched. It was a very busy work day and I needed my car. They made sure to get me in and out with a new tire so I didn’t have to go back the next day! Great people and service! I highly recommend them for all your auto needs!

I take all of my cars to this shop for a reason-great work and very customer forward. They always treat me well and understand my schedule. They also have a courtesy shuttle which is awesome. Neve an issue with these guys.

Robert helped me out from the very start. I was parked across the street from Crown City and couldn’t drive my car to them because my tire was too flat. CCT added air to my flat so that we could get my car to their location for the repair. The techs and service people were all very friendly and accommodating. They repaired my tire in a timely manner and even gave me the culprit of my flat tire…not a screw but a key 🔑!! Great experience here!
