Messed up my car by putting too much oil and threw a piece of rubber to clog the filter then try to charge me for repairs, Very shady!

Came to Brian over the weekend. My girl's car kept turning off randomly. I had to get it fixed asap so she could use it on Monday. Brian seemed very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. He asked me to wait 30 min to fix it, but honestly it took him like 20 mins tops. He topped all my fluids and sent me my way. Prices were reasonable and was willing to work with me. Overall, it was an awesome experience! I highly recommend this Autoshop. Honest and straight to the point. Thank you Brian!

I went to Brian for an oil change and to change one brake light and one day light. He initially quoted me $20 which was fine but when I got there he said it would be $20 + $80 =$100 to change my lights. I knew that was very unreasonable, so I said no. I was very uneasy the whole time. I watched him like a hawk as he was doing my oil change from start to finish. I was googling information about what type of oil my car uses, etc, because I didn't trust him from the jump. But the service thankfully turned out ok. It was just the overpriced and very unreasonable light quote that turned me off. I would say this shop is NOT Woman friendly. Go somewhere else or be sure to bring a man with you!!! Oh, and he didn't top off my fluids after the oil change! RESPONSE to Brians reply: Brian said that he would need to take off the whole tire to change my front day light. That was a lie because I took my car next door to LA Masters Tire Center and Auto Repair. It took them 5 mins to change both of my lights and they did it for free. He DID NOT TOP OFF FLUIDS DURING MY OIL CHANGE. Go TO LA Masters instead, there right next door.

The best service in my opinion, my car was broken up one night, driver window and ignition switch was completelydestroyed. I'm lucky it was not stolen. So guys in Brian's Auto repair did the best job. And much chipper then other places I checked! Very appreciate and thankful to owner of this place, I'll back soon for oil change and other inspection!

I have a 1997 Lexus lx450 I have owned it for approximately 3 to 4 years. No one else works on this car besides Brian's Auto, from day one I found his shop fast working good rate of Labor and outstanding parts. No one else has ever worked on my car besides Brian's Auto, I find him upbeat positive and fast working. I would recommend Brian's auto to anybody who has a vehicle that needs to be repaired. At times I'll go to his shop and I won't know what's wrong with my vehicle and he will show me exactly what is wrong and he gives me outstanding service, price on parts, and Labor rates. Without Brian Auto I'd probably be walking right now and my car would be in the junkyard. I would recommend Brian's auto to anybody with any type of vehicle. He is honest hardworking and he cares about your car and you as a person, if more shots operate like he did all the Auto industry as a whole would be in good shape. I'm so glad that I found a shop that's that's open honest and it's very trustworthy, I would like to recommend Brian Auto to anybody who has a vehicle regardless of make. Brian's auto has really made on my Lexus a real Joy knowing I can trust him and he'll do the repair the first time the right time. I normally don't do those reviews these reviews but in this case this review is very warranted. He has repaired my complete engine water pump fuel pump distributor cap distributor wires spark plugs battery battery cables air filter transmission fluid rear ends lube tires brakes front and rear air conditioning tires, there's nothing that is can't repair.
