🔧 Atco Transmission Center - Complete Auto Repair

Really happy with the work I've had done as well as the ease of scheduling drop-off and pickups at Atco. Bob is always straightforward with pricing and timing and easily reachable on the phone. I will keep coming back.

I'm trying to save an old van that was stolen and crashed after having most of the parts of the engine removed and replaced by Mobile mechanics there was still a lot of work to be done. I decided to try atco. I went there and all of his days were busy his parking lot was full and there were even cars parked on the street that he was working on. This place is busy because they are good! It took me almost 2 weeks to get in and the things he fixed he fixed perfectly. I'm in love with bob, the owner, who is very reasonable and not afraid of work and all his employees are busy and talented. I highly recommend this place. Good work reasonable fees, and they know what they're doing

I brought my car in as I noticed a coolant leak. I called ATCO and asked if I could drop it off to have them take a look. Danny agreed to allow me to bring it in same day. Called me first thing the next morning to let me know the issue, and I agreed to fix it. Called me later to pick it up and I come to find out he agreed to fix my car even without having an opening, but said it was an easy enough of a fix that he decided to go for it. Danny was very professional and personable. I was having issue with my car for 2 months back and forth at another mechanic and he got it in and out in a day. This place lives up to its reputation. Will for sure bring my car back in the future! Thanks ATCO and Danny!

Everybody knows about the ATCO Transmission Center in my area. Yes, they are expert mechanics. The ATCO brand (that they still use) has been around since the 60s. It's a big yellow building just north of Chandler Blvd on Laurel Canyon Blvd. I never, though, thought about the clientele of the place. One day, I'm going by, and... BIFF! - BAM! - BOOM! It's Batman! - or at least it's the Batmobile! Enjoy the pictures of this legendary car, just sitting on Laurel Canyon Bl, waiting for repair. PS: it is legally registered!

Bob is an actual real life "Honest Mechanic" .. He will let you know when something needs to be replaced now or if it can wait. I have taken my car to other mechanics who tried to upsell me repairs I didn't really need. Bob does not do that. He will make recommendations and let you know how urgent they are. His team is highly professional and friendly. Definitively recommend and have already been telling my friends to take their car there for the BEST service!
