My local independent Honda/Acura specialist mechanic in VA got a transmission for my Acura from these clowns. It failed within months, took them 6-8 weeks to get him a replacement. They put me in an Enterprise Rental Car. Several months after I got my vehicle back, the Enterprise RAC Manager was knocking on my door (b/c I changed my ph#) telling me that I owed them over $600 b/c Howard never paid the bill and the fine print in the contract stated that I was ultimately responsible. Had to take them to court and pester the living snot out of them till I finally got a CA lawyer and probably only ended up w/ $200+ but it was worth it b/c they were such crooks! They also never paid my mechanic for his labor on the replacement even though they tout that as part of their warranty package
