🔧 The M Shop

I was very impressed by Joe and the professional way he took care of my car. He gave me an appointment the day I called even though they were very busy. He fixed what he could right then and ordered the parts they didn’t have. Price was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Take your BMW there with total peace of mind. You can’t find a better shop. Thank you Joe. You are awesome!!!!

Not sure I can say enough nice and great things about Jon and the team at M shop. I originally took my car in to get a unit replaced that would've cost me so much more at the dealership. Jon was really professional, assessed the car and what needed to be done as well as giving me extra info on recalls and class actions to ensure I'm getting the best care for the car and not being charged for silly things or overcharged. When the car decided to keep acting up, I took it back to Jon who again went above and beyond to fix it. They had to keep the car for a few days here and there when I would bring it in, but were very communicative about the process the whole time and would periodically update me along the way so I knew what was going on. The service is top notch and the team is fair. I'm glad I chose the M shop and will refer them to people in the future. This is one of those relationships where you hope to not have to see each other often, but I'm sure when the time comes I'll be more than happy to have them work on my car again. Thank you to everyone for your service and kindness.

I bought a used 2005 mini cooper with a standard transmission. I had The M Shop perform an inspection. I also did some minor maintenance and didn't tighten a spark plug. Well, I ended up stalling out since I was driving on 3 cylinders. Mr. Joe Barrios had take care of me time and time again. Even today my tail light went out and he saw me and had the issue resolved shockingly fast. His professionalism, efficiency, and honesty makes it impossible for me to go to another mechanic. - Asad

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from The M Shop. They do require an appointment, but were very welcoming. They ensured to explain the issues of my car thoroughly and kept me informed with updates. Joe also informed me certain emission component's still had warranty from the manufacturer and he didn’t try to upsell other services for my car. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed by their shop being clean and organized. Overall the whole team offered excellent customer service and most of all, Honesty. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Joe for taking care of my 2011 328i Coupe.

These guys are so talented, they could have terrible customer service and I’d still bring my BMWs here. But they’re actually super organized, timely and responsive on top of being killer mechanics. The wait for scheduling my appointment was absolutely worth it. Once it was in the shop they turned it around quick. Full inspection, complete service, new suspension setup, brakes & rotors and a list of next steps within a couple days. Estimate was accurate, billing was transparent and detailed.
