I was installing a new hot water tank for our coffee shop and was stumped when it came to the wiring. I was fairly certain I had things wired up correctly but didn't want to risk a $1000 machine. I called Scott and he was extremely helpful. He managed to help me figure everything out over the phone with a little research and a few questions, plus he didn't even charge me.
