Referral mechanics - After months of chasing a small evap leak, P0456 and 3 mechanics later, I was referred to this shop. Luis did his due diligence and found rodent damage on the gas tank line. Swapped the tank with fixed evap line and problem solved. Persistent and honest, highly recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They see a woman and try to take advantage. Someone hit my parked car, jolt caused immobilizer malfunction the car wouldn't start up, referred here because they work on European cars. Charged me $175.00 diagnostic fee then man quoted me $2800.00 for a replacement and reprogram. I IMMEDIATELY felt uneasy because when I asked for an itemize statement to see where this $2,800 came from, he couldn't provide it, talking in circles. The price came outta thin air. He has way too many cars in motion, too many moonlighting mechanics working , and no clear answers could be given about anything. Needless to say, I got it towed to another Auto Electric place and thank God I did. They were professional, polite, HONEST and charged me LESS THAN HALF this place quoted me. He was straightforward, told me exactly what was wrong, and that it wasn't a major issue and could be quickly fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I brought my car in for front work and complete paint. This was on 9/22/23, it's currently 7/24/23 and my car isn't completed. Richard's Auto was paid by me the full estimated price on 9/26/23, $8,268 was paid and like I said he is still waiting for part he says. Richard will not answer any of my calls or call me. Question, what happened to my money. Unfortunately the person who recommended me to him passed on 9/27/23, she would have been all over him because he personally knew her. I'm in bad shape because of this shop ,

I bought in my vehicle because the check engine light was on and wouldn't pass smog, Richard's charged me $1400. The check engine light remains on and now my vehicle leaks oil which it didn't do before. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SHOP BY ALL MEANS!!!
