After 2 visits from another AC company coming out to tell me my unit needed to be replaced I was referred to Nice and Cool. Eli came out the same day just to tell me the prior company who came out purposely disconnected the one wire that would make my unit fail... 5 seconds after Eli's inspection he reconnected the wire the and the condenser immediately started working. He also didn't charge me his fee to come out because it was such a simple fix and he was in the area working on another home. When the AC finally does die it will be Eli I call to replace it. I can't recommend him enough. He saved me $13,000 from the crooks who tried to scam me. 10 stars... 5 isn't enough.

Eli and his team provide first class, top-level service. His team is all business. They don't waste their time or yours. They show up on time, are very courteous, work efficiently as a team, help the customer understand the new AC system after the installation and answer all questions, and they clean everything up before they go. When I ran into a problem with my system recently, Eli sent his guys within an hour. He is VERY responsive to his clients, which is a HARD trait to find in businesses today. We had a wonderful experience with Nice and Cool. They actually did a new furnace and duct work for our previous home and we were thrilled with the result. So, when we moved back to our current home in Beverly Hills earlier this year, we knew that the ducting could only be done by Nice and Cool. Zack came out a couple of weeks ago to measure the area and give us an estimate which we felt was comprehensive and very fair. Yesterday, Nice and Cool came and all three of them spent the entire day installing the new duct work and repositioning the furnace. It looks beautiful and works more efficiently than ever.
