He was quick and thorough in isolating the issue with my mini split system and explained what he found in detail and what my best options were. My heater hasn’t been working for a while and I finally hit my limit. I submitted a request for help on a Wednesday night, Michael got back to me right away. Michael arrived right on time at 9am the next morning and got to inspecting. He was so knowledgeable, explained his diff hypotheses, tested the air flow with meters, and ultimately found a very simple fix (remove the old filter blocking air flow). He also spent the time answering other questions I had and never made me feel rushed — now I have a warm home and a better understanding of my own heating system! Thank you so much Michael.
