I have been going to this shop for over a decade. They are truly amazing people with great hearts and always honest. I feel super confident and at ease going to them. I've moved a couple of times and STILL bring my car here.

great service, got my transmission rebuilt and the team took great care of my car and me, would recommend for and transmission work. best price for a very intensive rebuild.

This is the most horrible worst place in the world to go to they will never fix your car your truck they charge you a little bit of price and then they punch holes in your line. They messed my truck up one time so bad I had to take it somewhere else for them to figure out what's wrong with my truck due to them messing it up!!!

Very bad service from Tuneup Masters, I paid for a tuneup service that was not worth it, in this place they are inexperienced and do not take care of customer cars on how to do the proper work. The service that I had received included changing the air filter in the glove box, which my car is brand new and the glove box was still new, but these people don't know how to do their job, so they ended up breaking my glove box and left it to me. useless. When I looked at what happened, I asked them for a refund of my money and they didn't want to give me anything nor did they help me with anything, the person who worked on my car and ruined it is called (Julio). I'm just saying if you don't know how to treat customers and how to work on cars you better not waste your time trying to do something you don't know how to do, Inexperienced People. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Everyone who brings their cars here be careful because this address 2925 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043 and 3001 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043 are the same, they work together and they don't know how to do the jobs. IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
