They repaired everything quickly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated their honesty and timeliness throughout. I've been to this body shop a few times to have my Tesla serviced after someone rear ended me on the first day I had the vehicle, another time after a trash can on the street did side panel damage while in basic autopilot, and yet again after someone hit and run damaging my bumper. Jose and staff have been helpful every time, the quality of the body work is top notch. They give courtesy rides to pick up a rental or get home (if nearby). Still waiting on resolution from the last hit and run incident from that driver's insurance company - probably nothing will come of it which is frustrating. In the meantime, Jose offered to take care of the cosmetic damage as much as possible without replacing the bumper, free of charge. He's a good guy, staff are good people. I always see high end vehicles getting repaired and looking great. LA is crazy, and I hope I don't need to come back again but know that I'll be in good hands if necessary.

Amazing work! My Tesla was hit in a parking garage, and I went through the at fault party’s insurance, Nationwide. Harry’s is a certified Tesla repair shop and in network with Nationwide, and they helped me order a new bumper while I was traveling. When I got back, I seamlessly dropped off my car and got a rental from the partnering Enterprise, which they shuttle you to. Around a week later, the car was all fixed. They replaced and repainted the bumper and re-aligned the hood. Staff are all super nice, and I was able to leave my rental car there. I did go back for some minor black stains left on my white seats, and they buffed it out on the spot no questions asked. Highly recommend!
