Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations! After a hit-and-run left my car's driver side severely damaged, Greg and the team worked their magic to restore it to better-than-new condition. The repair and paint job were completed ahead of schedule, with excellent communication throughout the process. I received timely updates via text, and was even able to pick up my car five days earlier than expected. Their efficiency, professionalism, and customer service were top-notch. I appreciated their offer to arrange a rental car, and their overall speed and help in getting my car back on the road were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I am still shocked and utterly appalled by the service from Caliber. Specifically from Caitline and Roman. What was supposed to be simple repairs for a rear end collision soon snowballed into a huge mess. For context I dropped off my car at Caliber for repairs after it was recommended by my insurance GEICO. Caitline performed the initial inspection but informed me she normally works in the office and my assigned Service Advisor Grigor had let early so she was filling in. Before leaving she gave me his card and advised the he would be reaching out via phone the next day. I never heard from him. 2 weeks later I received a call that my car was ready. Great! Except within 20 minutes of driving it my car begins overheating, the check engine light comes on, and there’s practically no coolant in my car. I called Caliber and my car was towed back there the next day. This happening on a Thursday. Friday morning around 9:30 I call and speak with Caitline who has no explanation for what happened. She insists that they perform checks before and after and there were no faults. After 10 minutes of talking to her and getting no answers, she informs me that a manager will give me a call. 3 hours later, no has one has called me back so I called them and was told the manager went to lunch. Another 2 hours and still no phone call so I again called them and this time was on hold for 20 minutes before finally connecting with Roman who claimed to be the shop manager. Roman’s explanation was just as vague except now he’s saying there were faults shown on the tests performed before and after the repairs. According to him there was a fault shown in the vehicles temperature control module before and after they did repairs. Looking at the paperwork they gave me when I picked it up on Thursday under the section where it shows any codes they cleared, NO WHERE does it say anything about the temperature control module. Also why did no one tell me this before giving me my keys. Furthermore, this also doesn’t explain where my coolant went. Roman then says they had another shop from across the street come and look at my car and they determined it was my water pump that failed. They could replace it for me (how convenient) Roman then tells me to call my insurance because unless it’s related then it won’t be covered. So I call my insurance who tells me that the shop knows the protocols to submit the info to show it is related. So I call Caliber back and uh oh, the only person who can submit the info to the insurance is gone for the day at 2:30 in the afternoon. That person is Caitline. Also since it’s Friday I won’t get anyone until Monday. Monday comes and I talk to Roman and Caitline again who are still just as unhelpful and rude as before. I explain that I gave them a car that worked but had some minor damage to the quarter panel and they gave me back a car that’s now not even drivable. Romans response is “you can’t prove that it’s our fault” and he then tells me I need to have my non-drivable car out of their lot by the end of the day. Whatever, I am so frustrated with them I want it out of their lot just as much as they do at this point. I reach out to my regular mechanic (who btw serviced my car less than a week before the accident and did a complete coolant flush and replacement and there was no issue.) My regular mechanic was able to get me in so when I called Caliber to let them know it would be picked up Roman’s response was “Well who’s paying for the tow on Thursday?” The tow on Thursday when my car overheated and had to be taken back to Caliber? You know, after they had it for 2 weeks and there was no issue when I gave it to them but now there is? This guy is unbelievable. Anyway I was finally able to figure this out, no thanks to anyone at Caliber, and I can confidently say I will never set foot in one of their shops again or recommend it to anyone I know. Use caution when dealing with these people.

I took my 09 BMW to Caliber Collisions and Greg and his team were friendly, responsive, upfront, and pro-active. When they learned I needed my car sooner, they expedited the work and were done a week ahead of schedule! The quality of their work is superior and I nothing but positive things to say about these folks. Thank you very much!

The fix they did on my door was well done but then when my car was returned to me it had boot marks and scratches on the hood. Makes me question the care they take with the vehicle as a whole. I came back to have them fix the scratches and they buffed the hood. It helped but those scratches are still there unfortunately.
