I had a very great experience at the shop. I had a very unique issue. My trunk was not working and it was some type of electrical malfunction on my newer vehicle. Richard was super helpful and informed me of the way he would go about investigating the issue. He took the time to take off my car panels and look at all of my fuses. He fixed my trunk, which doesn’t seem big - but imagine months of not being able to open your trunk (which has no handle) and shops are quoting you the price similar to a whole new door! I will definitely be back because he showed care and compassion for my vehicle. I would highly recommend his services.

i had Richards auto bulletproof my f250 diesel truck it was a big job and alot of engine work he still managed to do the job in a reasonable amount of time,he completed this job in 1.5 days and everything came out as planned,richard has been working on my vehicles for about 10years now and iv never had to take my cars back for the same problem he does awesome work and the turn around time is like no other this is not your average parts changer macanic he does all the trouble shooting and will explain to you what really happened i would give him a 10 star if i could,thanks richard i appreciate all your hard work and how you return my cars in better shape then before.

I would like to say hands down, Richard is the best mechanic. He is very honest, and very trustworthy. He calls you and let you know whats going on with your vehicle and what you need. He does things in a very timely manner. I feel very comfortable with my vehicle in his hands. I am a customer for life. He does not give you the run around. Great experience here. I was having issues with my water pump. He was completely honest with me on everything. He is great on price. THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN!!! I recommend everyone checking him out. He is great on the turnaround time.
