Booked MGCLS Car Service from LAX to the cruise port hotel in San Pedro. Mason was our driver and he was excellent! He communicated as soon as we landed, responded to questions regarding the pickup point and handled all 8 pieces of our luggage. I requested a larger vehicle because of 4 adults and 8 pieces of luggage - the Chevy Suburban was the perfect size, very clean inside and out. Mason got us through afternoon traffic quickly and answered questions we had. I recommend this car service.

I chose meet and greet inside the terminal vs. Uber/taxi to avoid the possibility of me getting lost in the airport since I was in L.A. alone to pick up my passport and had time constraints. I did some price shopping and I’m glad I chose MGCLS Car Service because not only were they the least expensive, I got excellent service. My driver, Tony, was wonderful. He is a cautious driver and got me to my destination safely. We had a good conversation and he shared some travel tips for a couple of the countries I’ll be visiting during my honeymoon. I had some time before my flight home, so Tony suggested I see the ocean/Venice Beach…it was great. Tony, thanks for such a great experience. Next time I’m in L.A., MGCLS Car Service and Tony will be the easy and best choice!

Hands down the best car service in LA. Everything went smooth from start to finish. All I did was send my address, and the driver was already there the moment I stepped out of the airport—no waiting, no stress. The owner runs things professionally, communicated clearly the whole way, and made the entire process feel effortless. The driver was on point, respectful, and I felt comfortable the entire ride. I started using MGCLS car service for my boss's business travel to and from LAX last year. I just completed another easy, fast, accurate, professional transaction with Mike, who gets it right the first time around and makes me feel like a valued customer. The very first time I reached out, I asked to speak by voice because I appreciate a more direct connection -- he was more than happy to oblige. I now find that I get the same good service using the Chat feature when I need to multitask -- I can tell it's Mike behind the software. MGCLS keeps good records of my executive's key information, making my job easier. Doing a little comparison shopping because the finance department asked us to, we also found MGCLS to be comparable or less costly than the other local services. As to the car rides, my executive has always experienced good, communicative service from the driver and has never advised of any issues. We'll happily continue to use Mike and MGCLS as our main LAX limo service!
