🔧 Big Brand Tire & Service

We had a large nail in our SUV’s tire and were told that it couldn’t be removed or repaired by another tire shop. Because the tire was only a few months old and very expensive, we decided to shop around. We are so glad we went to Big Brand Tire! They have outstanding customer service and were able to repair the tire in only 10 min. The best part was that it was free! Not many things are free today, so we were very happy that we came here and can’t wait to tell everyone about Big Brand!

Jesse charged me to get my tire patched up he also reassured me that with their equipment they will not rash my rim . Joan the person working on my truck scratched my rim and when when paying I asked to get a discount due to a minor scratch they had done , the person upfront instead of asking to check out damage or find an alternative he just flat out said no. Didn’t even bother asking to check it out. I get the damage isn’t big but it had nothing before . Damage is damage .

The manager Daisy was very pleasant and professional. She was very knowledgeable of the items around the shop and helped me decide on air sensors to accommodate the new rims I put on. The service technicians also took they’re time and done the job right. Would most definitely recommend this location to others for future and present tire, and alignment issues or checks.
