Welp, I'm going to leave a turd in the review punchbowl here. Called this business today about an oil change for my vehicle. I spoke with Sam, the owner, and he said it would cost me $220 dollars for my medium-sized SUV, but it would include some other things that I didn't hear right because his phone cut out. I asked him to please repeat what he said, and mentioned that I haven't paid $220 for an oil change before (in any of my vehicles, including BMWs). One thing - I'm very friendly, so my tone was light and inquisitive, not bitchy or judgmental. I'm also a bit of a gear head, so I do understand a lot of "car talk," and am also not an idiot who can't tell when she's being talked down to. I do enjoy letting people dig their own holes, though. Sam proceeded to tell me the cost of oil changes for Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Ferraris, etc., and that I could go to Jiffy Lube. (Lol and eye roll) $220 for an oil change on an average car is INSANE. I really wanted to see where this was going to go, so I again asked what the price includes. He finally said a tire rotation and a full inspection of filters, etc. I then asked how much an alignment would cost, and he said, $100 cash, or $110 for credit card. That's a good price, competitive with the market, so good for him on that one. I thanked him for his time and hung up. I'm so amused by things like this, and my husband humored me when I asked him to call and ask the same questions. I listened to an entirely different conversation. Sam's tone was no longer aggressive as he very nicely, like a bro, told my husband he doesn't do oil changes, he just doesn't want to do them, but if you have something else done that puts the car up on the rack, he'll do it. (I totally get this, he doesn't want to just do the boring, dirty work) So my husband then asked about an alignment and Sam quoted the same, $100 cash or $110 credit card. My husband then asked, since the car would then be on the rack, how much for an oil change? Oh, just $220 for all the work, oil change, alignment and tire rotation. So to summarize or TL:DR - an oil change w/inspection, tire rotation and alignment for little ol' me and my lady parts, $320-$330 and suffering through attitude and mansplaining. For my husband and his man bits, $220 and no masochism for the same job. As I called around to get other rates, a few people who don't do alignments referred me back to Sam, so the guy obviously does good work. But, what is he charging you? Is it fair and consistent regardless of who you are? And for the record, this isn't about some feminist agenda, that ain't me. This is just about bad customer relations and service. You can decide for yourself how you want to be treated. Meanwhile, I found a just-as-busy but straight-forward, friendly competitor 10 mins down the road who will do the work for $220. I could *maybe* do better, but I liked his manner and I don't have all day to research, so he gets my money.

Fantastic service! We've been bringing our commercial fleet over for tune-ups and Sam has been a superstar: ordering the needed parts quickly and fixing the vans in a timely manner. Really appreciate the fact that he took our field of work into account and made sure we got the vehicles back as soon as he could. Would highly recommend.

I am sooooooooo lucky to have found this place. They are truly incredible. They went above and beyond for me as a walk in and easily earned a customer for life. It also has the best prices. They are so honest, hard working, kind! I’m just in shock that places like this still exist. They truly spent all day going back and forth trying to fix my car, running back and forth from autozone, paying for my parts out of pocket so I can get the right battery from autozone after I bought the wrong one. I’m truly so thankful, you guys are the absolute best and I will never forget how much you guys did for me.

Wrench Automotive is my go to place for ANYTHING auto related. Sam, the owner, is the nicest and most HONEST mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He tells it like it is, but in a very kind way and he doesn't ever try to up-sell you. I wish more mechanics were like him. Hope he never sells the business.

Sam was great to deal with, diagnosed the rack in pinion steering needed replacing and gave me a couple price options. My car was fixed in 24 hrs for the average going price of this kind of work. Gave me the price breakdown of parts and labor and explained why what cost what. I Highly recommended.
