They helped repair some scratches on my Lexus and the results were excellent—looks like new again. They came to us and did a wonderful job. We received a fair quote immediately after sending pictures, and they did quick and high quality work. We did repairs for all four corners of the car (repainting, dent repair, plastic welding for cracks) and everything looks great. Highly recommend!

Refugio is the fastest-responding business around. Responds within 10 minutes and got his team out to me in less than one hour on the same day. 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance aluminum door metal safety brace with two dents about 6" and 2" on the front passenger door. I contacted 15 paintless dent repair companies and 7 body shops. 95% of the dent repair company would not take the job because aluminum doors are flexible to steel so therefore it would not be able to reshape. Even the other 5% of PDR companies said they could not do a 100% perfect job without tremendous amounts of hours OR ripping the paint which means having to repaint regardless. The 7 body shops quotes were upwards of $1,500 and 3-5 days requiring you to leave the car at the shop, finding a ride back home and back to the shop. Taking time out of your day and leaving your carless. New Way Mobile Auto Paint was half that price and came out the same day to fix it! Refugio's team two guys came out Manuel and Juan. Both of them were friendly, patient and knowledgeable in their craft. I'm glad one of them spoke English fairly well to talk about the repair and explain the process in more details in person. I included over 30+ before and after photos. If you have metallic paint or tri-coat paint. Make sure they know this and add in extra time for drying/cure time. We ran out of daylight on Friday night so the team came back Monday morning to add in the clear coat with the glitter speckles as part of the Pearl White Metallic paint. Just a tip - it's easier to notice fine details in the shade with a bright flashlight trying to view it from different angles top down on the side etc. In the pure sunlight, it can be hard to distinguish details whereas the stronger flashlight beam highlights shadows better. The drying time is typically 24 hours minimum so be aware of that and try to keep your finished repaired car time to rest and dry and cure the paint. They were able to complete my car with two sessions of 3 hours each. So if you started in the morning they should be completed by the end of the day. I started Friday afternoon at 2 pm and resumed Monday morning in my case due to sunlight and drying time. However, they do come to your house which is a huge time saving!
