🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

I recently visited the Culver City Firestone for a vehicle inspection required for my Lyft application. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite my vehicle being in perfect condition, I was told there were numerous issues, including unnecessary repairs and part replacements. It was clear that they were simply trying to make money by recommending work that wasn’t needed. This has caused me unnecessary stress, and I feel misled by the inspection process. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will certainly avoid it in the future.

I would like to rave about the excellent service I received from Firestone Complete Auto Care this weekend. Manager Jose provided excellent advice and direction for the service my car needed. With that being said, Carlos G., Service Advisor, provided exemplary customer service and assistance. I met him early Sunday morning-while he was opening the shop. He listened to me as I discussed the concerns I had about my car. He listened patiently, and answered my questions, and assured me the car would be serviced appropriately and by a experienced staff member. I came by the shop at least three times throughout the day to get items out my car. He did not get annoyed with my constant visits. I was concerned about my car on the lot. They kept my car safe. After the followed through via phone call and email. These staff members smiled and provided excellent service at a good price. I would like to add that the lobby was clean, air conditioned, and has comfortable seating.

My experience at Firestone was very positive. The communication were terrific from start to finish. Jose and his team of techs were patient and friendly with all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and clear about all the issues, pricing and timing. The itemized list of concerns were easy to understand and the principle problem seems to have been correctly repaired. I have no hesitancy in giving them a top 5 star recommendation.

I was a person who always brought our cars to the dealership and, out of nowhere, my wife's dealer closed in Santa Monica. I needed to find someone closer - a friend recommended this Firestone and I am so glad they did - they have been great as they have serviced her Mini Cooper Countryman and my son's Audi A5 many times over the past few years - the staff has always been super accomodating, helpful, friendly and informative (after they inspect the car, they tell me what else they recommend but don't give me a hard sell). I have purchased tires, had oil changes, had more involved engine work done, new brakes, brake fluid flush, and general service and we have had nothing but positive experiences. And, while it is still LA, their prices are relatively reasonable.

I came in to check tire pressure. Luis was so nice and quick to attend to my car. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!! The parking lot is small but they do a great job compacting the cars in the lot giving you space to drive in.
