I was recommend to Newness HVAC n Appliance and even though they were in southern California I was in Northern California, I was helpped to troubleshoot my broken Dryer. We were on video call and I was walked through step by step. He knew exactly which cable to test and the color codes. It was no more that 15 mins and we figured out the issue and even helpped me order the part. 100% professional and I recommend to anyone who needs remote help. Price was definitely worth the support.

Quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. My dishwasher was backed up and I was worried it would mean parts and huge labor costs. The technician figured out the problem right away… and was honest about it needing the most simple fix. Will definitely call again.

Very competent, knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the drier, washer and dishwasher. We have had others try to fix the dishwasher but they all said it wasn’t possible and we’d need a new one. Their work saved us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them.
