Due to the exceptional service I was offer today, I took the time to express my feedback on West LA store. Usually most locations fail to greet you and provided exceptional. Albert, Sam, and Jonathan where on point controlling the morning rush. I had minimal information for a part I needed but they went above and beyond to help me in my problem. By the time I went to the back to get the rest of my parts, material was ready as I got there. Great, fast, and professional service! what else can I ask for. Keep up the good work at your store Jaime (manager). This will be my to go store. Highly recommended.

Albert was a great sales person from the first time we talked over the phone until the sales. Thank you Albert.

I called for some basic information on a part and got Albert who eventually hung up on me more than once without answering how long the part takes to arrive. The rudest employee I have ever talked to in any business I have dealt with. I was recommended to call this company but clearly Albert is in the wrong position because I was patient and polite waiting over 15 mini for a simple answer. I called another US Air office and got the answer in 2 seconds from a super polite guy who explained Albert worked the front line and probably deals witty difficult people daily. I will try to extend grace but will tell my contractors to never go to this office as long as Albert is working there. He’s clearly in over his head!

Culver City has always been my go to supplier. Jaime the manager is very knowledgeable about all equipment and parts he carries. Juan, Albert, and Israel all go above and beyond to help their customers find the correct parts, tools, and equipment. Once you complete your order the guys in the warehouse work fast to make sure to get your order as soon as possible to help you keep your schedule and leave satisfied. There are multiple suppliers in the Culver City area for hvac supplies and equipment but Us Air Culver City is by far the most helpful and most knowledgeable.
