10/10 recommend! I’ve had to call here today about 5-6 times and not once was anyone unfriendly or rude. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed/how much everything would cost and got it delivered to me same day. So grateful to the employees here :))

shout out to Kevin even through all my frustrations he kept a level head and did right by the customer. my anger wasn't towards him but he absorbed it all. he's a good dude. and deserves more than just a five-star review..

Great store with parking lot adjacent to the front door off Venice Boulevard. They do an engine test with diagnostic tool and then print out what your error codes are. Very friendly with large parts store.

Rommel took excellent care of me today! My dealership was going to charge me around $400 for a battery. I thought that I was being slick by buying it at Costco for $155, but they would not install it! I started driving around aimlessly looking for a business that would install it because the dealership told me that I could not turn the car off. Rommel took excellent care of me and I was on the road again quickly! He let me know that I can stop by anytime for them to check my liquids, etc. Highly recommend stopping by! Excellent service!

I took a battery into AutoZone to have it charged the first time the guy told me it would take 70 minutes I come back in 70 minutes no one charged the battery. The second time the guy name is Louise told me it would take about an hour and a half I come back in an hour and a half the battery is still not charged. After that I was done. I've never been in a place with so many men that are incompetent. I don't know who hired these people after 3 hours just to charge One battery and no one is smart enough to figure it out DEI at its finest get some real men in there that know about Automobiles and how to handle the business.
