the car less than 24 hours. Been trying to return the car not a No one is answering the phones. Had to go back up there three times because they put things inside of the financial contract that I did not ask for did not want straight drifters. ended up connecting me TD I did not want to work with. I made it very clear Wells Fargo or credit was well good enough for them. Both lied and said Bank of America and Wells Fargo came back with a high interest they never even checked. Be careful go over your documents real carefully and let them know anything that cost extra than what the car is. You can make your own package up. Nightmare for the last five days. Sales agent Leo has not returned. The call manager has not returned a call. Mya sales financial person has not made a call. I wish I could leave something that is less than one star. Do not recommend doing business with this particular dealership.

Great selection, welcoming team, and amazing atmosphere! I recently visited Kia of Downtown LA and was truly impressed by the entire experience. The dealership is modern and spacious, and the selection of cars is just fantastic — everything from Telluride to Sorento and more. 🚘🔥 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions — even shared personal insights and advice beyond just car specs. You can feel they truly care about customers and want you to find the best option. The cars are stunning — brand new, clean, and well-presented. I took some pictures during my visit (attached) because I was so inspired. Inshallah, one day I will definitely come back and buy a new Kia right here! Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and professionalism!

Eliezer Hernandez and Jimmy are angels from God himself. They helped me get into a brand new Kia. They were very patient with me and worked with my situation. I truly believe they wanted to help me genuinely. They took great care of me and I love my new Kia Soul. @ DTLA KIA

I went to go test drive a particular car but when I got there they told me they no longer had it. They told me they did have a newer model of that car available, so I was preparing for a bait and switch. I agreed to test drive the newer car. I liked it but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the higher asking price. Lupe, my salesperson, was great. She brought me the offer and it was for the price of the older model car I had originally made the appointment to see. She said she and her manager felt bad that they had promised me the 2020 vehicle was available, so they were offering me the 2022 version with similar mileage for the same price. I didn't have to haggle at all. Within 2 hours of walking into the dealership, all the papers were signed. Mya, in finance, was easy to work with and very straight forward about my options and explained everything I was signing. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. Lupe and Mya were fantastic to work with and I would go back if I was shopping for another vehicle.

Went to one Kia dealership and the numbers made no sense. I heard of Kia Downtown's reputation and needless to say, they lived up to theirs. Kevin was great, the manager and finance team were respectful and treated me like a serious customer. I got my new Sportage Hybrid Plugin in less than 90 min. Loving my new car.
