I went to go test drive a particular car but when I got there they told me they no longer had it. They told me they did have a newer model of that car available, so I was preparing for a bait and switch. I agreed to test drive the newer car. I liked it but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the higher asking price. Lupe, my salesperson, was great. She brought me the offer and it was for the price of the older model car I had originally made the appointment to see. She said she and her manager felt bad that they had promised me the 2020 vehicle was available, so they were offering me the 2022 version with similar mileage for the same price. Went to one Kia dealership and the numbers made no sense. I heard of Kia Downtown's reputation and needless to say, they lived up to theirs. Kevin was great, the manager and finance team were respectful and treated me like a serious customer. I got my new Sportage Hybrid Plugin in less than 90 min. Loving my new car.
