I’ve been dealing with this particular dealership for over 20 years and I have always had a great experience. All of my service people have been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. For years I dealt with Tino, who is great. Now I have Ivan Velasco and he’s just as great. Easy to talk to and he listens to my requests and concerns. Overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience at Mercedes Benz of Los Angeles and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The advisor Evelyn was extremely honest and nice. She didn't try to cell more than things that I didn't need and I appreciate that I've had a bad experience with this. They've told me I needed tires, and I had brand new tires, and the Mercedes advisor told me that they didn't fix one tire, they had to get all 4 new tires . that was Tim. So I thought she was very nice. She fixed what I came for and I'm going to make another appointment for her to take care of the other things that I need. Thank you so much.

Ivan was great!! He answered all my questions with a smile. He is extremely knowledgeable. It was super busy on Saturday & he still made time to make me feel like his only customer! 100/10 customer experience!!!
